Military One Source

Military One Source is a separate organization that focusses on helping military personnel. 

"If you are in crisis, or you know someone who is, there are immediate resources available to support you or your loved ones. The Military Crisis Line connects those in need to a trained counselor with a single phone call or click of a mouse. This confidential, immediate help is available 24/7 at no cost to active duty, Guard and reserve members, their families and friends. Contact the Military Crisis Line at 800-273-8255, then press 1, or access online chat by texting 838255."

Domestic Violence Help

This is a separate organization that focuses on help for people experiencing domestic violence.
"At the National Domestic Violence Hotline, our highly trained expert advocates are available 24/7 to talk confidentially with anyone in the United States who is experiencing domestic violence, seeking resources or information, or questioning unhealthy aspects of their relationship."

Postpartum Depression

This is a separate organization that focusses on helping new mothers with postpartum depression.
"Available 24 hours a day, you will be asked to leave a confidential message and a trained and caring volunteer will return your call or text. They will listen, answer questions, offer encouragement and connect you with local resources as needed."

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a separate organization that gives people additional resources during a time of crisis. 
"We can all help prevent suicide. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones and best practices for professionals."
